Halloween

Sydney was Jessie, the cowgirl from Toy Story, and Riley was a ladybug for Halloween. Sydney went "trick or treating" at Kroger earlier in the week with her friend Marco- he dressed up as Woody the cowboy from Toy Story.

Both girls had fun trick or treating in our neighborhood on Halloween. Sydney walked with her friend Emerson for a while, and then she (slowly!) made her way to many of the houses on our side of the neighborhood. Riley was along for the ride, and enjoyed watching all the people in their costumes.

I cannot believe Riley is 1 already! What a great year it has been. Check out the icing/writing on Jeff's birthday cake- Sydney was my "helper".

October- Pumpkin Patch and Carving

We all had so much fun at the Pumpkin Patch. The girls both enjoyed the tractor ride, and each chose their own small pumpkin to take home. Sydney got her face painted for the first time-she loved it! Notice Syd's nose- she fell a few days before taking a walk in our neighborhood....poor kid!

We all had a fun time carving and painting our pumpkins too.

Birthday Party for Sydney & Riley at Champion Kids

We had a great time celebrating Sydney's 3rd and Riley's first birthday on October 1st at Champion Kids indoor play place. Lots of family and friends were there to celebrate with us. Sydney loved counting down the days until her party and Riley really enjoyed her first taste of cake!

Fun Visit to the Zoo - September 24th

We all had a great time visiting the zoo. Sydney's favorite part was the carousel and Riley loved the petting zoo. Her smile lit up her face when she petted the goat! Check out Sydney's "static hair" on the slide!!

September 21st- Riley is 11 months old!

September 16th, 2011 - Sydney Turns 3!!!

We enjoyed chocolate cupcakes with vanilla icing to celebrate Sydney's birthday- her choice. She loves taking pictures with her new camera from Mimi!

Family Visits in September

We all enjoyed visits from Nana and Grandpa, and then Aunt Mollie during September!

September- Sydney's Preschool

Sydney had fun being the "torah holder" during Shabbat. We celebrated her birthday with donuts in her class...she is blowing out her birthday candles. Riley came along and enjoyed all the attention from Syd's classmates.

August 21st- Riley is 10 months old

Riley and Daddy are having fun together! Riley is practicing her standing skills. Earlier today she got her first 2 teeth- can you see them? And she got "stuck" sitting in her crib- she can't figure out how to get back down to her tummy yet. It was a busy day!!!

Growing so fast!!!

The girls are both getting so big. Here is Sydney- almost 3 years old and doesn't she look so grown up! And Riley is trying out her new creeping skills.

Friends Visiting- July 30th

It was great visiting with our friends Melissa and Paul as they stayed over when driving through Atlanta. We hadn't seen them in 3 years- since their wedding!
